Regal and her babies are our number 13 lucky dogs.. This beautiful girl was terrified, alone, and pregnant on the streets of Memphis. It took a team of people and many days of dedicated work to bring her to safety. Regal was brought to a foster home where she gave birth to three gorgeous little girls. They will all be looking for their forever homes soon.
